Exercise has been a part of my life since I was a child, I played rhythmic gymnastics, swam, danced, but I found my true love for sports in the fitness workout, which I am eager to share with my guests. I believe that gym training can also be made exciting for those who may feel that it is quite monotonous for them. My goal is to help you achieve your personal goals, whether it is weight loss, toning, or gaining muscle mass.

From my perspective sports and healthy eating should not only be a temporary period, it should be integrated into an everyday habit. Stay with me and let’s develop your new, fantastic habits together!

With me, your workouts will be amazingly varied, in addition to traditional machines and dumbbells, I also incorporate functional devices that help moving your whole body. I also put a lot of emphasis on warming up and stretching. Are you ready?
