I found my passion for health, movement and the arts at an early age. Since I was 6 years old, I got my hands on every sport I could and spent a considerable amount of time in circus acrobatics, stage dance, yoga, calisthenics and weight
training. I find it truly amazing what the body can achieve with a motivated mindset and the modern gym makes it almost easy these days! There is no better time to start taking your training seriously than the now, and with the tools I will equip you with, I guarantee you will have a good time.
I add structure to your goals and bring positivity to our sessions, so you have nothing to worry about other than reaping the benefits of exercise. I’m always curious about my clients and want to get to know them on a deeper level. It is also my mission to empower you to understand the why behind each exercise and gain self-sufficiency in your training and in leading a healthy lifestyle.
I’m here to help with muscle building, strength development, weight loss, body toning, athleticism, health & wellbeing and nutrition. I can also teach you how to meal prep and count calories. We will discuss your ideas, set goals together and slash through any obstacles that may come in the way.
