Nikolett Simon

My name is Nikolett Simon, personal and triathlon trainer. Sport has always played an important role in my life. It means the joy of motion, refreshment and performance for me. I’ve played volleyball, done triathlon, swimming, cycling, running competitively and dealing with fitness since years.

For me, the most important aspect in sport is to be preventive. That is why, all my classes start with an intensive warm-up to achieve better performance and to ensure the warm-up of all the muscles, joints and nervous system. I’m always adjusting my trainings to the actual goal to accomplish the most effective development with machines and own-weight exercises. Doing this, the muscle groups get a multi-directional load by sparing the joints. Finally, stretching exercises close the workout to support a quicker regeneration of the muscles and to achieve a wider range of motion.

Before the joint-work, there will be a complete condition overview, by taking into account the individual specificities. I’m paying maximum attention to the correct execution of the exercises and motivation of my guests. Sitting work and inactive lifestyle cause poor posture, stiff muscles and the reduction of range of motion. I put a great emphasis on developing the right posture and a conscious body image.

I’m attending regular training sessions, because for me it is undeniably essential to train myself, and having an even broader view of the fitness profession to achieve the best possible results.
