Come and join my playful and powerful morning yoga classes!

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. I had my first teacher training back in 2015, and I completed my 200 hour Hatha and Vinyasa Flow training in India in January 2020. Being a yoga teacher allows me to help others practice with safe alignment and find release and freedom in everyday life.
