Physical activities have always been an important part of my life.
7 years ago, I decided that I will share my passion with others, and I will start to teach and encourage people to live a better, well balanced, and healthier lifestyle.
My goal is to teach the correct moving techniques through really fun and exciting aerobic/ functional HIIT classes. My sessions are simple, varied, and efficient.
I like to show to people that sport is not only pain and suffering, and it gives a break from the daily pressures and problems while making you well balanced and more confident.
I gained my knowledge and experience in London, so I look
forward to English-speaking guests from other countries as well
