BodyART is a form of movement built on the rhythm of breathing , one of the modern training methods developed from Yoga. Its concept is based on the unity of body, mind and spirit. In addition to its body shaping effects, it also helps maintain our mental health.
Exercise has been a part of my life since I was a child, both as leisure activity and in a competitive way. I have been holding group classes and personal training in Budapest since 2012 , including BodyShape , bodyART, deepwork and spine training.I believe that exercise is not only important for maintaining our physical integrity, but also for our mental health, I always try to create a good atmosphere during my classes, focusing on maximum spine protection.
