Strength class with Gabriella

The emphasis is on strengthening and toning the main muscle groups. 

The class starts with a warm-up, during which we prepare the body for training. then follows the main part of the lesson.

We perform simply structured, easy-to-follow exercises covering the entire body, working as many muscle groups as possible. In the leading part, the worked muscles are stretched.
