Mo Reyazi

I am Mo, a personal trainer with a degree in physiotherapy from Semmelweis University. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have played an important part in my life since my time on the national team in wrestling, where I competed professionally both on a national and international level.

I have learned a lot from sports but what differentiates me is my education within physiology and the anatomy of the body which is where I can give you a deeper understanding of how your body can function more optimally while still reaching your specific goals being muscle gain, toning or losing weight. 

The practice I gained in various public and private health institutions in physiotherapy provided me with a skill set of innovative rehabilitation solutions for professional athletes but also for active individuals in the gym with an office job or students who also need to perform complementary exercises to prevent or treat an injury or simply a bad posture. 

It is my promise to help you on this journey and motivate you to get into a desirable fitness routine while overcoming injuries. I will support you in building that confidence it takes to workout in the gym in a safe and efficient manner.
