Believe me, I know what it feels like. I know you feel like everybody is watching your every move in the gym. You feel the eyes on your back. As a personal trainer my job is to create a positive environment in the gym that you will love and feel safe in. Don’t worry, you do not have to be advanced in lifting. It’s the opposite, the less you know about working out, the more you need our help.
Training does not have to be a guessing game. The times are over when you don’t know what to do or you are unmotivated to go to the gym. You don’t have to copy anyone else or watch workout videos anymore. Now you have the help to skip all of that.
7 years ago the gym changed my life. I was a skinny kid, but with the help of a friend, a good workout plan, and watching what I eat, I was able to build 7-8 kilograms of muscle. With a better lifestyle I was able to maintain that muscle, stay lean all year and be healthy doing it.. This is not a boast. It is simply evidence that everything is possible, and you don't need starvation, extreme diets, or everyday workouts to get it done. I don’t believe in miracles or weight loss pills, I believe that small changes in your day to day life and eating habits can lead to significant improvements.
Since then I have dedicated my life to helping others experience this life changing feeling as well. I am specialized in long term weight loss and helping beginners get started in every way possible. Working with me is always going to be fun, but challenging, we will work towards realistic goals with realistic expectations..
I am also very fond of working with foreigners. English sessions are not a problem for me. If you don’t speak Hungarian you may have just found your man.
