My name is Anita, I am a personal trainer and face yoga instructor.
I am passionate about sports and fitness since I can remember.
I find it really rewarding to help people to get on ‘the fitness path’ and increase their quality of life, or give them the extra push needed to reach their targets in different sports.
Not only reaching their fitness goals, but get them educated about fitness and healthy, sustainable eating to get a balanced lifestyle and to ensure the results will last.
My sport life started with judo and athletics as a child, then I did Kyokushin karate for years. I also enjoy long distance running (especially 10 km’s and half marathons). The last few years I got really into weight training and to get the most out of my body I tried fitness competitions.
