Hi, I'm Tünde!
I consider myself lucky that movement has played an important role in my life since I was very young. With a nearly 20-year dancing history behind me, I ended up in the gym after a post-injury rehabilitation 5 years ago. Since then, I have known how many opportunities there are in gym workouts and what fantastic changes the human body is capable of.
As a coach, my goal is to make the time spent in the gym be about the enjoyment of exercise that you can use in your daily life as well. Would you come to me as a beginner or advanced, I will make sure you feel like you are training in a safe, professionally supportive environment where prevention is important and functional exercises play a big role.
