Also, let me tell you a few things about myself. Dance and sports have always been significant parts of my life, since my childhood. I was raised at a ballet institute where I practiced and studied body and mind development.
During my university years I became interested in air gymnastics. I also spent many years in Luxembourg and Germany. At that time I fell in love with pole dancing. At the beginning I practiced this type of movement to supplement my traditional exercise and later my aim was to get in a better, more feminine/curvy shape.

First I like getting to know my clients, their daily routine and what they usually eat. By knowing all this it’s important for me to give them a personal training plan specified to their needs and habits.
