Marcell Lengyel

Marcell has found his passion for health, movement and the arts at an early age. Since he was 6 years old, he has done numerous sports including circus acrobatics, stage dance, yoga, volleyball, basketball and skiing. For the past several years, he has also built proficiency in bodyweight street workout and gym-based weight training. Now, he strives to bring all of the benefits of these modalities to his clients in engaging training sessions topped with motivation and energy.
He designs programs systematically to make reaching fitness & health goals straightforward. Meanwhile, he engages you with background knowledge about the exercises to empower you to take your health into your own hands. He can help you with muscle gain, fat loss, toning, nutrition and athleticism/power development. He can even guide you through the technicalities of meal prepping and calorie counting. He aims to bring clarity into the confusing clutter of information circulating the fitness industry and helps you focus all your efforts towards reaching your goals.
