Additionally, Marcell is a nutrition coach and a student-practitioner of osteopathy (i.e., spinal health), skills that’ll further bolster your training experience. Having lived in Los Angeles and Scotland, Marcell learned from top trainers at Equinox West Hollywood an experience that greatly enriched his training journey. He has experience in 15+ sports such as natural bodybuilding, calisthenics, climbing, circus acrobatics, dance, kung-fu and yoga. On the side, he’s a professional actor-singer-dancer and enjoys adventuring in Nature, rejuvenating in bathhouses, brewing herbs, meditating, visiting foreign cultures and playing fantasy games such as Dungeons & Dragons ! In his own training, he’s working on implementing ancient Ayurvedic practices into his scientific routine and progressing his Barbell Squat (150 kg), Barbell Bench Press (100 kg) and Weighted Pullup (30 kg), nearing the “Elite” international strength standard.
