Exercising has been an important part of my life since I’ve been alive. As I recall, I looked for the opportunity to move in every minute, and to spend my free time actively. Over the years, I have tried several sport activities, including individual and team sports, such as: gymnastics, volleyball, dancing, yoga, pole fitness and bodybuilding. The latter two have become my biggest passion.
I have been bodybuilding for 7 years, and without it I can not imagine my life. This sport has taught and still teaches me countless things, both physically and mentally. I am grateful that I found the form of movement that means passion for me at a young age. My goal beside developing myself even more mentally and both physically is that to help people experience what continuous sport activities and right lifestyle can bring them to their health and well-being.
I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, and I try to be up to date and innovative according to the greatest possible knowledge and pass it on to my clients by constantly expanding that.
